All products are fulfilled and shipped via Printful.com, our trusted print-on-demand partner for custom mental health-themed streetwear.

  • Fulfillment takes approximately 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping times vary by location:
    • USA: 3–4 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  • Orders may be subject to customs fees based on the destination country. These fees are not controlled by Neurally FUK’D.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Because our items are made-to-order and manufactured through Printful, we do not offer refunds or returns unless your item is:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged in transit
  • Misprinted or mislabeled

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Brief issue description

We’ll resolve it by offering a replacement or other solution.

5. No Exchanges

We do not offer size or color exchanges. Each product listing includes a sizing chart to help you order the correct size.

If you received a mislabeled or defective product, we’ll handle that upon verification.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking info within a few days after fulfillment, please contact us through the Contact page or via email.
